MARCEE

Welcome to the Minnesota Area Radio Control Electric Enthusiast's (MARCEE) online hangar. 

We are a non-profit organization/club dedicated to building and flying electric powered radio controlled aircraft.   We are also a chartered club with the Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA). 

Our club is based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.  We currently have about 25 members.    Annual dues are $20. For more information about our organization look around the website, show up to a meeting or send an e-mail to one of the board members. Our club does not have a dedicated field.  However during the winter months MARCEE is the host for indoor flying sessions at the National Sports Center in Blaine.   During the summer months several clubs in the area graciously let us use their fields for periodic events and for our meetings.

Many MARCEE members also belong to other AMA clubs.  If you're also looking for a home field to fly all year long or a public area where it's OK to fly, there's a good chance that someone in our club can help point you in the right direction.

We usually meet the first Tuesday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the EAA Chapter Building at the Anoka County Airport in Blaine.  

Visitors and guests are always welcome to attend our meetings.
